Gordo Gustavo’s started around the idea of trying to take simple food and do it well, and always trying to improve upon it- everything is based around one of the most primitive ways of cooking, and that being with smoke- from multi day brines on all of the meats, to dry rubs, salsas and bbq sauces from scratch- having started with farmer’s markets and since paired up with a handful of breweries in town and other pop-ups, we’re thankful for our following and the people that truly enjoy some smoke.
